Last December I read an article in the German magazine Focus titled 44 things you can do to live happier. One point really caught my attention: Take 10 minutes a day to review your goals. As somebody who struggles keeping focused, I really liked that suggestion as it will keep me on track. So far I have not been very good keeping up with it, but I sure think it is a great suggestion and I will continue to remind myself to review my goals on a daily basis.
